• Free or Flat Rate Shipping, when advertised, applies to final destination addresses within the Lower 48 Continental US unless
otherwise noted. If your shipping address is outside of the lower 48, additional shipping cost will apply. Please email us for
an “actual cost quote”.
• Most orders ship via FedEx Ground / Fed Ex Home Delivery the same or next business day, tracking and insurance included,
Monday through Friday. Most orders placed with verified payment by 2 P.M. Mountain Standard Time, are processed and
shipped the SAME DAY! We stock everything we list for sale and believe these to be the fastest handling times in the business.
*Please note that Fed Ex Home Delivery makes deliveries Tuesday – Saturday and Fed Ex Ground (to business addresses) makes
deliveries Monday – Friday.

• We ship to your confirmed PayPal shipping address. Please be sure this address is current and call or email us immediately
if there is an error in where to receive your package(s).
• Shipping Insurance: all orders are insured for the full value at no additional cost to you. While some of our competitors charge a
premium for shipping insurance, we consider this a cost of doing responsible business and our obligation to you for shopping with us.
• Delivery Signatures: Any order above $250 or with expedited/air service shipping are sent “SIGNATURE REQUIRED”. All “Ground /
Standard” delivery shipments below $250 are sent by default with “No Signature Required”. If you request to have a signature
required for an order below $250, a $4.00 fee may apply. If a package is returned to us after 3 attempts by the carrier to deliver,
shipping charges will not be refunded.
• Shipping Carrier Claims: Please do not accept any shipment if the packaging appears damaged in any way. We strongly suggest
that you check your order after receiving it to be sure that it is in proper working order. If your order is lost or damaged, please
contact us for important instructions with making a claim.
• eBay’s automated shipping quotes for international orders of large, multi-piece items such as drum sets are often
inaccurate and may require our verification to confirm your actual total shipping cost required. Please email us for an

• We use USPS Priority Mail and/or Express Service where available for most worldwide shipments, APO, etc. We may use Fed Ex
or UPS for larger packages.
• Some international orders may require 1-2 additional business days for processing / shipping.
• Most governments levy excise tax, value-added tax (VAT), import duties, and other fees on products sent from the United States.
We are not responsible for paying these fees and we encourage you to verify your local regulations before making a purchase so
that you are prepared for any financial responsibilities you may have to your government.
• Most USPS Priority Mail International shipments, regardless of the final destination, arrive within 1-3 weeks of shipment. In some
cases your order may become “stuck” in Customs for an extended period of time. We are not responsible for any delays caused by
Customs processing in your country.
• In the event that a package arrives damaged or is lost, it is the buyer’s responsibility to open an investigation with the shipping
courier (e.g., USPS, FedEx), typically within 2 days of receiving a damaged item, or realizing an item has been lost. Investigations
of International shipping claims can take several weeks to conclude. We are not able to offer any replacements or refunds until the
investigation has been completed and we have been reimbursed by the carrier for the insured value of the package.

• We accept returns and exchanges on most NEW ITEMS within 30 days of you receiving it.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges on any used, closeout, clearance, special order or custom order items.
• Returned items must be resalable as new, in exactly the same condition as you received them, returned in all original packing,
complete with blank warranty cards, owner’s manual and show no sign of wear, use or abuse. In the event that a product is not in
the same condition as you received it, you may be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee or disqualification from refund, store
credit or exchange eligibility.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for any return shipping costs unless we made an error
on your order (wrong model, color, etc.).
• If returning an item that was purchased with free shipping or included partial free shipping, your refund or store credit will be reduced
by the actual charges we incurred to send the item(s) to you.
• Please supply tracking information when returning your item. We recommend insuring any returns for their full value, as you are
