Return Policy
You may return any item that
you buy from Butler Music for a refund of your purchase price within 30 days of
receiving the item. The buyer (you) is generally responsible for shipping
charges both ways. We want all buyers to be happy and all buyers to get a great
deal but we sell everything at a very small profit so we cannot generally
afford to refund shipping costs on returned itemsIf an item is defective
and you are in the Continental US, we WILL pay return shipping and send a
replacement for any defective item. If you are returning an item for a refund
you must pay the return shipping.If you are outside the
Continental US, you are responsible for all shipping both ways no matter what
the issue is. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please do not bid if this is a problem.We generally do not give
price adjustments or partial refunds and we NEVER do it for buyers outside the
Continental US. If an item is good enough to keep, it should be good enough to
keep at the price you paid for it.Please contact us
directly before starting a “not as described” complaint or attempting to return
anything on you buy from us. Sometimes we ship a new product that is not
perfect and since most of what we sell is new goods in sealed boxes we do not
see actually see some of the items we sell. Unfortunately, very rarely, we also
make shipping mistakes and ship the
wrong item. We want you to be happy so we will do whatever it takes to make you
happy, but because of the high costs of shipping, if you are outside of the
Continental US, the best we can do is offer you a full refund of your bid price
after we get the item back. Again, if you are an international bidder and this
is a problem please do not bid.Returned items must be returned with all parts, paperwork and
packaging we sent it to you with and must be returned in the condition we sent
it to you. Email us any time with any questions and we will be happy to get an
answer to you in a timely manner.
Shipping Policy
Residents in Alaska or Hawaii: Please contact us for a shipping quote.
All items ship
within one business day of payment. Shipments are processed Monday through
Friday. Any payments received after 2pm Central Standard Time Friday will ship
the following business day, Monday. We do not ship , answer emails, or take
phone calls on Saturdays, Sundays or any postal Holidays. Some items may also
be able to be picked up locally, please contact us ahead of time to set up a
pickup. Please do not provide a PO Box as your shipping address when choosing UPS Ground. Only USPS can deliver to a PO Box.
Orders out of
the US are shipped Priority Mail International. Customs duties , VAT’s,
brokerage fees, and taxes are NOT part of the quoted shipping cost and are to
be paid by the customer when the package is delivered (unless the customer is purchasing the item through the eBay Global Shipping Program which DOES quote import duties). Please check the fees in
your country before bidding. We will not declare any item for less than the
actual sale price.
