You may return any item that you buy from Butler Music for a full refund of your bid price within 14 days of receiving them or within 21 days of making payment-whichever is longer. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING BOTH WAYS! I’m sorry, but I do not sell “ON APPROVAL”. If you don’t like an item you must ship it back at your expense and your refund will be for the cost of the item only, not the shipping and handling.

SHIPPING TIMING AND PRICING
We ship all items that are paid for by 2pm Central time within one business day of payment. We ship Monday through Friday . Any payments received after 2pm central time Friday will ship the following business day, which is Monday. We do not ship , answer emails, or take phone calls on Saturdays, Sundays or any postal Holidays. Our shipping method on most items is UPS ground UNLESS THE BUYER WANTS TO UPGRADE TO PRIORITY MAIL. Orders out of the US are shipped Priority Mail International. Customs duties , VAT’s, brokerage fees, and taxes are NOT part of the quoted shipping cost and MUST be paid by YOU when the package arrives to you. Please check the fees in your country before bidding. We will not declare any item for less than the actual sale price.
