This is a very nice and interesting sample made by A.Q.Shen who has many years experience and excellent reputation in this field.
The model is one of his best “Handcraftd master bows” for viola. Round stick is dark brown and is made of very beautiful pernambuco. The horsehair from mongolia, top level, natural condition (non-bleached). Density of the stick is as high as around 5500,strong and well resonance!
This is a really fine violin bow with a great balance. It produces a rich
powerful and open sound with great detail in the higher registers of the viola. Its quality equals the quality of a great master bow.
